On January 23, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Microsoft Corporation announced a technology partnership to create and implement information and communications technology projects that will help developing countries achieve the Millennium Development Goals.
UNDP and Microsoft are now examining potential jointly supported pilot projects in Egypt, Mozambique and Morocco, and will expand these efforts to other countries in the coming months.
What is bothering is that Zambia's name does not appear on the list - how can we benefit from this new partnership?
