Reinvention Through Technology

We came across an article that talks about the future of the Zambian youth in The Post. A quote from the article:

"We must help all our young people to understand that ours is still a very poor country, that we cannot change this situation radically in a short time, and that only through united efforts of our younger generation and all our people, working with their own hands, can Zambia be made strong and prosperous within a period of several decades. The road is long and in part unknown. We know our limitations. We will have to create the Zambia, out of our youth, that can square up to these challenges - we ourselves. We have no choice but to forge ourselves in daily action, creating a new type of Zambian out of our youth with a new technology as long as we embody the highest virtues and aspirations of the people and do not wander from the path."

In your opinion what new technology do we need to reinvent our youth?
