Dr. Mwizenge S. Tembo is a Professor of Sociology at Bridgewater College in Virginia. He joins to discuss immigration, assimilation and cultural traditions. He explains why he still eats nshima prepared with mealie meal from Zambia, which he says is the best ever. Talks about the dividing line between assimilation and maintaining one's own cultural tradition. He will make you laugh and think twice at the same time.
