Just would like to get people’s thoughts on the following subject,

Thursday 19 March 2009 09.56 GMT, economic migrants and students coming to the UK from outside the EU will have to pay a £50 levy towards the costs of the public services they will consume, ministers confirmed. This is something which has come to be known as Migrant Tax and will be effective later this year… I am living and working in the UK at the moment and I am a Zambian citizen and hence subject to this tax. Would it be possible to impose this tax as well in Zambia, and in fact every other country in the world for any British person to also pay the equivalent in tax? It would certainly prove to be a very good source of income for the government…
